The Break Up & Quit Kit.
Because breaking up is hard to do!
Everyone has their own unique sober journey, but the paths all lead in the same direction. Most of us follow similar patterns of struggling with the decision to break up, the rocky first few weeks, obstacles in our path - before we reach our destination - a sober life!. But it's not enough just to ditch the booze, each one of us deserves a rich, rewarding sober life.
This Kit will guide you through FOUR stages - the decision to quit, how to cope in the early stages, facing common obstacles - and finally living and loving your sober life.
Each stage has a E-book plus a video and a podcast episode. I urge you to spend a little time answering questions and taking notes - it WILL benefit you.
And lastly - you MUST take ACTION.
You deserve the best life possible - so start today!
About the instructor
Hi, I'm Jackie and I used to drink. It was a problem, and for quite a few years I ignored the problem. But my drinking was negatively affecting my life in many ways.
So I stopped. I quit completely. It was very hard at first, but I persevered and today, my life has never been better.
Along the way, I wrote a blog about my journey - The Wine Bitch, and soon this blog morphed into Sober Sassy Life. SSL is a community for people who want to live their BEST sober life. I have many people subscribing to my weekly newsletter.
In my book Sober Ever After, I share my journey.
My mission is to "Make Sober Simple", to help people get "unstuck" and out of their "overwhelm" .
Here's what people are saying about my book and Sober Sassy life
